The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) shot a Palestinian young man near al-Ibrahimi mosque. While Israeli media sources claim the young man was shot in an alleged stab attempt, eyewitnesses say the IOF soldiers throw a knife near the victim legs.
Eyewitnesses, including Raed Abu Ermilah, told local news agencies that the IOF soldiers ordered the young Palestinian to get closer, then they opened fire against him. Later, the soldiers throw a knife near the body of the severely wounded Palestinian young man.

Under protection of Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF), Zionist settlers attack Palestinian homes in Occupied Hebron with stones and insults.
IOF soldiers, seen in this video, didn't move to stop the settlers or protect the Palestinian homes.
Last night, IOF shot dead 2 Palestinian young men. According to eyewitnesses, the young cousins were trying to avoid a group of bullying settlers when IOF soldiers shot them dead.
There are serious gaps in the enforcement of the rule of law on Israeli settlers involved in violence and intimidation against Palestinians.
Regarding Occupied Hebron, UN human rights organization report found that; "There are serious gaps in the enforcement of the rule of law on Israeli settlers involved in violence and intimidation against Palestinians. Incidents include acts of vandalism, property damage, physical attacks, verbal abuse, and the harassment of children on their way to school. The large majority of complaints about settler attacks filed in recent years have been closed by the Israeli Police without indictment."
As the occupying power, Israel is obligated to ensure that the humanitarian needs of Palestinians living in Hebron are met and that they are able to exercise their human rights, including their right to freedom of movement and their right to be free from discrimination. Israel also has an obligation to ensure that those responsible for violence and intimidation are held accountable under Israeli law.
