There are serious gaps in the enforcement of the rule of law on Israeli settlers involved in violence and intimidation against Palestinians.
Regarding Occupied Hebron, UN human rights organization report found that; "There are serious gaps in the enforcement of the rule of law on Israeli settlers involved in violence and intimidation against Palestinians. Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) opened fire against Palestinian girl on her way home from school, in Shiekh Jarah neighborhood in Occupied Jerusalem.
Eyewitness told Shehab News Agency that an Israeli soldier stopped a Palestinian girl, asking her for an ID. She was underage school girl. According to the eyewitness, a young Palestinian man tried to intervene, but the Israeli soldiers opened fire against both Palestinians.
The girl was wounded and received medical treatment while the Palestinian young man was arrested.
The Israeli media reported that it was a stab attempt carried out by a Palestinian young man against a Jewish girl, which never had happened before.
